ORDERS & SHIPPING

What carrier will my candle order be delivered by?
We ship via UPS or USPS.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 1-3 business days to be processed & shipped out of our Alexandria New Hampshire candle shop. Depending on your location delivery is usually 2 to 5 days from when it leaves our shop.

What do I do if I receive a wrong or broken candle?
Contact us at blazingcandleco@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage. Please include a photo of the broken candle and the shipping box, this will help process your replacement order. If you have received an incorrect item, please note what item is missing from your order.

What do I do if I need to make a change to my order?
Please email blazingcandleco@gmail.com with your change request as soon as possible. We are happy to make any adjustments to your order prior to it being shipped! Our shop is closed Saturday and Sunday, however we usually try and respond to emails while we are closed. 

Whats the status/shipping information of my order, can I check it?
Yes, If you have an account, you can login and view your order there. If not, you can email us your order number at blazingcandleco@gmail.com and we will check on your order and respond back within 48 hours. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has left our shop. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Can I send a candle as a gift?
Yes! Any of our candles make amazing gifts, add in a gift box and you have the perfect gift! We only include a packing slip all orders so your recipient will never know how much you spent.
